Designed by Coco Interiors and set right on the Moffat beachfront, this home embraces natural light, soft neutral tones and refined detailing that highlight its serene coastal surroundings. Every space has been thoughtfully styled to feel both luxurious and effortlessly inviting, capturing the true essence of modern Hamptons living by the sea.
Capturing Curvature and Coastal Light
The design for this apartment centers on soft lines and high-end fabrication, specifically the stately two-pack cabinetry with rounded ends that mirror the building's architecture. My objective was to document how these curves guide the eye through the space, particularly highlighting the hero piece—a custom-made round boucle sofa. (A piece so substantial it required a crane lift over the balcony to reach its new home).
The photography emphasises the textural details that give this home its character—from the mahogany Chippendale stools to the fabrics by Cassandra Harper. By balancing the bright, north-facing coastal light with the warmth of the interior palette, the resulting images showcase a home that feels both sophisticated and effortlessly inviting—a perfect resting place for the owners and their well-traveled flamingo, Walter.
